Transfer, Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may transfer to a future workshop session, send someone to take your place or cancel without penalty at any time up to three weeks prior to your program. If you provide YPI with less than three weeks’ notice, or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire workshop fee.
We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other events beyond our control. In the event a class is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to receive a full refund of your registration fee or credit on another class.
YPI Consultants, LLC or YPI Workshops will not be responsible for any cancellation costs you incur, such as airline tickets and/or hotel reservations.
If prior to the commencement of the program, session dates are postponed or cancelled, YPI Consultants, shall be paid a postponement or cancellation charge as noted below. (This does not apply to rescheduling of the order of topics or session start/end times, which may be changed on request and subject to the availability of YPI Consultants.)

At YPI, we guarantee the quality of our workshops. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your workshop, YPI will give you credit toward another workshop of comparable price or will refund your fees upon receipt of returned workshop/training manuals and other items supplied during the workshop/training. We understand that this is an important investment for you and/or your employer and will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
